Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within India.
2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Methods: We use India Post or renowned partnered courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may vary depending on the category, destination and the weight of the package. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided to you at the time of placing your order.
6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) via email or SMS, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
7. Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to ‘Post Boxes’ or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.
8. Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, please ensure that someone is available to receive the package. Delivery confirmation may be required for certain orders.

Return & Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility: Returns will be accepted only if the product is with manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns for reasons other than product with manufacturing defect.
2. Return Procedure: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. You may contact us via email at support@hobbyhippo.in or through our customer service hotline at +91 7980 6867 92. Please provide your order number and details of the issue.
3. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will assess the issue and provide further instructions on returning the product. Please wait for authorization before returning any items.
4. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the purchase. Shipping Charges is Non Refundable in Any Case.
5. Refund or Replacement: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase by 15 days.
6. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and label, and in the same condition as received. Any items that show signs of use or damage caused by transportation may not be eligible for return.
7. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 15 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.
